Juan and his team did a fantastic job on our upstairs bathroom, we genuinely couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! The experience of working with them was smooth from start to finish. We particularly appreciated the proactive communication, attention to detail, and impressive quality of the tile work. Juan did great job coordinating everything so it got done on time and in budget, and he was a thoughtful partner in solving some unforeseen issues with the space. I don’t even know where to start. From the moment we met Juan he put us at ease. He was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful every step of the way. He helped us make decisions, took into consideration our budget and vision and was flexible and responsive. We interviewed three other companies before signing on with Keen and it was worth every penny. If you are considering getting anything done, this is the company stop looking right now. You won’t find anyone better or more honest.. The crew left our home cleaner than we ever expected after remodeling two bathrooms. Keen Improvements brought in a team of terrific professionals who transformed our awkward bathtub nook into a bright, spacious walk-in shower. This required men who took out our old tub and walls and then carpenters, a plumber, and a tiling team. Every one of them was smart, skilled, helpful, and efficient. Each one cleaned up at day's end. Juan Suarez oversaw it all, advising us, noting our preferences, keeping the whole project on schedule--and adding his happy, uplifting personality to our home.

Juan Suarez recently met with my husband and me to discuss plans to install a new, fully tiled walk-in shower where our garden jet tub / fiberglass shower enclosure were to be soon demolished. From our initial consultation to our final inspection meeting, Juan was always prompt, professional and courteous to deal with. He followed the schedule of work exactly as had been agreed upon earlier, and his Project Manager, Miguel, was exactly the same way - prompt, professional and pleasant. Most importantly, the crew that Juan brought into our home to complete the project were all tidy and professional individuals. Additionally, they were all very skilled in their various areas of expertise. We love our beautiful new shower and will be hiring Keen Improvements again in the near future for some additional home improvement projects! (Photos Note- depending on the lighting, the wall tile can look like a true medium grey color, or a “greige”.- I love this tile)

Juan and his team did a full remodel of a en suite bathroom. This was taken down to the studs and rebuilt. Juan gave an accurate timeline, an up front estimate that he stuck to, and helped me to make sure I had the necessary supplies at each step of the process. The whole team was pleasant and professional, including his contractors, a pleasure to have in our home while we were also working from home. The finished product is exactly what we planned on, and I believe that Keen Improvements will stand by their work if any issues were to arise. I am very happy with the work that was done, I have already recommended them to friends and and plan to contact them again for future jobs in our home.

Juan, Mariana, and team are really great. We hired them to redo our bathroom and they were so quick, so communicative and the work they do is top notch. We can not recommend them enough!
